A pdf summary report of all income and expense records broken up per property plus a bit of extra information your accountant will need. View sample.

Excel breakdown

A full breakdown of all payments records with links to view receipts in an excel file. This will give your accountant confidence in the numbers and access to invoices to help allocate the transactions correctly when lodging your tax return. View sample.

You get the EOFY Tax Package anytime within your dashboard. It will come via email so you can easily forward it to your accountant.

Reminders and help

You get a few reminders along the way to:

• Record expenses transacted outside of Cubbi. 
• Invoice your tenant for any money owed to you other than rent. If your tenant paid money to you directly you can manually record any income in Cubbi. 
• Get your Tax Depreciation Schedule sorted if you don't already have one.
