Advertising a property

Cubbi makes it easy to find great tenants. 

Create your listing inside Cubbi (description, photos etc) then  choose to either:  

1. Advertise on Cubbi and 3rd party portals (realestate.com.au, domain etc) for $199
2. Advertise on Cubbi free

In the past year on average Cubbi owners find and secure a tenant in 10 days using the paid option.

When does my advertisement go live?

30 - 60 minutes if you are already verified.

If you’re new to Cubbi and you haven’t been verified one of our support team members will complete your verification check before your listing gets published. Verification checks are usually completed within 2 business hours. Make sure you upload a copy of your ID and proof of ownership at the time of creating your listing to ensure the verification process is nice and fast.

Can I make changes?

Absolutely! You can edit your listing at any time - even when it’s live. Change your photos, revamp your description, add new inspection times, update the rent amount - whatever you like! Your changes will get updated on all the sites within 15-30min. More info.

Can I re-advertise the same property free?

Yes but only within 60 days of removing the listing. If your tenants break the lease Cubbi ensures they pay $199 advertising fee to cover your costs. After 60 days, you will need to pay the $199 to advertise their property again.

Can I advertise my property but manage it outside of Cubbi?
