How does Cubbi keep my information secure?

Cubbi takes your personal security very seriously and as such have ensured that every step of your journey through Cubbi is protected with high level security measures to protect your personal information. 

Below is an outline of the types of online security we utilise.

Tenancies

Cubbi manages and keeps information about your tenancy in-house. No other service or person outside of Cubbi can access this information. Only Cubbi operations and verification officers can view PII using internal systems that are not exposed externally. 

Cubbi uses Amazon Web Services which is a state-of-the-art hosting platform. For more information please see this link. 

Data is kept on on separate databases outside of servers that are used to perform actions. Access to the databases can only be done within a virtual private network. It means data can not be access outside of the Cubbi virtual network, i.e. can not be accessed from the internet.

All communication between the internet and the webpages are done using RSA 2048-bit certificates. Cubbi backups the data regularly and keeps the backups for 14 days after which the data will be erased.

Payments

All payments are handled by Assembly Payments. Cubbi do not store or have access to payment information. Assembly is fully PCI compliant and a licensed Australian Financial Service. For more information please refer this page. 

Leases

Leases are signed using eSignatures. eSignatures uses SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure hosted at state-of-the-art Tier III, SSAE-16 and ISO 27001 certified data centres. Cubbi does not store or handles the legal lease. Please refer to this page for more info.
