How do I remove my rental ad/listing?

Now that you've found new tenants and no longer need to advertise your property, here's how you can remove the ad from all of the websites.

Managing your tenancy through Cubbi

If you are using the Cubbi Service and approved a tenant request to rent through your Cubbi dashboard and created the lease online, your ad will automatically be unpublished. You don't need to do anything.

Listing only

If you are using Cubbi only to advertise and will be setting up your tenancy offline, you will need to unpublish your listing from your dashboard. 

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on the 'Published' tenancy you want to remove.
3. Click 'listing' at the top to take you back to the property overview. 
4. Click the 'Unpublish Now' button on the top right of the screen (below the navigation). 
5. Click to confirm.

Free relisting for 60 days!

You can republish your ad for free for 60 days from the time you unpublish. 
This can be useful if you've found a potential tenant and want to freeze your listing until its confirmed but with the option to continue advertising if it doesn't pan out.
Simply go to the tenancy under your property, click the publish button and that's it!
Cubbi keeps track of the number of days since you unpublished so there's nothing you need to do redeem the free relist. 

Please note: Free relisting only applies to one tenancy. If you create a new tenancy this will not be eligible for free relisting.
