How to request maintenance?

To request maintenance for general or urgent repairs, log on to Cubbi and send a request. Maintenance requests are sent immediately to the owner or person managing the property.

Login on to your Cubbi Dashboard

Create new request 

  1. Navigate to the 'Maintenance' page on your Dashboard by clicking on your tenancy (quick tip: make sure you're on the 'Tenant Dashboard')
  2. Maintenance Tab
  3. Click on 'New Request' and complete the request form. You will be asked to describe the maintenance request and upload a photo or short video.  

TIP Provide as much information as you possibly can including multiple photos or even a short video to ensure the right tradesperson can be sent out to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Delays in resolving issues often occur because the problem was unable to be identified upfront resulting in the wrong trade getting sent to the job.

Submit

That's it! Your maintenance request is immediately sent directly to the owner or person managing the property to view and respond. You will also receive a confirmation email with your maintenance request details.
