How does Cubbi calculate the number of days behind in rent

Every lease requires tenants to pay the frequency of rent in advance (E.g. $700 per week, due every Monday) so if the rent was due on a Monday and the full rent amount had not been paid on the Tuesday the tenant would be 1 day late (even if the tenant paid half the rent).

Example

Let's say the rent is $700 per week, due every Monday.

If the rent was still unpaid on Thursday the tenant would be 3 days late in rent.

If the tenant had paid $100 on Monday (instead of the $700) the tenant would still be 3 days late.
