Adding tenants when switching from an agent

As an owner, when you get the tenancy files from the agent that's when it's time to add the tenants into Cubbi.

We do not recommend adding your tenants into Cubbi before you get the tenancy files because you need information that's current as at the termination date. For example the next rent due date and rent owing amount (if any). 

How to add your tenants into Cubbi (on switchover/termination date)

1. Log into Cubbi
2. Click on the Plus (+) icon (next to your property address)
3. Select 'Add existing tenants'
4. Follow the prompts to create the tenancy in Cubbi. Your tenant will receive an email and sms to log into Cubbi and set up rent payments.
