How to withdraw a tenant invite

If you made a mistake on the tenant invite you can withdraw it at any time and start again.

Please note: if your Primary Tenant has already completed the set up the tenancy will be activated and you won't be able to make changes. You can tell if a tenancy is activated by whether the tenants' names are visible under the property or not. 

How to withdraw a tenant invite

• Click on the 'Tenants' tab
• Click on the pending invitation
• Scroll to the bottom
• Click 'Withdraw invitation' 

How to redo a tenant invite

Once you've clicked the 'Withdraw invite' button the page will refresh and you will see a button on the right with a round ground tick 'Invite Tenant'. Click this to create a new invite
