Can I change rent due dates?

Yes. After the tenant has agreed with the tenancy terms in Cubbi during the initial set up, the rent due date can be changed only by contacting Cubbi support. Both the landlord and tenant will need to agree to any changes in rent before it can take effect.

Is there a pro-rata payment?
Yes. For example, if the rent was normally due weekly on a Wednesday and everyone agreed to move the rent due to the Friday (2 days later) Cubbi deduct a one-off pro-rata payment for 2 days rent to make up for the difference. The next rent due date will change to the Friday.
