What happens after I invite my tenants to Cubbi?
Your tenants will receive an email to accept your request to use Cubbi and setup rent payments. Only the Master Tenant will need to take action, however, all the tenants you list will be able to login and update their personal details.
The Master Tenant is the first tenant who's details you entered. They will be the one who sets up the rent payments from their account and they'll receive the Cubbi notifications and emails throughout the tenancy. We recommend putting the tenant you generally communicate with most as the Master Tenant.
after sending the invitation, you'll be able to see the progress of your tenants set up from your dashboard.
Once all of your tenants have accepted the invitation and the Master Tenant has completed the rent payment set up, the tenancy will be activated!
