What is the Move in date? (Original Lease Start date)

To keep things as simple as possible when we refer to the 'Move in date' we are technically referring the date the tenancy started - the lease start date of the first lease agreement signed. 

So even if the tenant physically moved in 2 days after the lease started you would still enter the lease actual lease start date in Cubbi as the Original lease start date.
