Changes to Home Emergency Service

The Home Emergency service that we provide as part of using Cubbi ends Friday the 14th September 2018 at midnight, this is due to our supplier discontinuing the product completely from their business.

We worked hard to replace the Home Emergency service with another like for like however after negotiations, the cost to do so would severely hamper our ability to provide our core service of Cubbi to owners and tenants.

We don’t want to sacrifice our core service so we have decided to end the service as of the 14th September 2018. As an alternative Cubbi we have managed to get Cubbi owners a special deal with Worldcare Emergency Home Assistance (backed by Allianz Global Assistance) with a 15% discount* PLUS a rebate of $8 per month for each policy you take out with Worldcare (providing the property is rented on Cubbi). Making this an extremely attractive alternative.

Here are the standard plans Worldcare provide:

The standard package is most similar to the old Home Emergency Service.

Here is a breakdown showing your total out of pocket cost after the discount and rebate:

The 15% discount does not apply to the Lite plan but you still get the $8 rebate from Cubbi.
If you take up the Standard plan your total out of pocket expense would be $98.65 over the year (for up to $1,200 of value).

To take up this offer email hello@cubb.com.au to request the special link to make the purchase. You must do this before purchasing the plan.

Take 2 minutes to take up this offer before it expires on 12th October 2018

How does the $ monthly rebate apply if my tenants move out?

No change as long as your find new tenants within 30 days of your current tenants moving out.
