Getting started - new tenants

As an owner, when you add a new property or click to add new tenants, you'll be presented with 2 options:

New tenants or Existing tenants.

If you want to advertise your property or move new tenants into your property select New tenants. (but if you simply want to invite tenants already living in the property select Existing tenants)

After you select New Tenants you will be presented with two choices:

Start advertising or Skip advertising.

If you're just looking to start advertising click 'Start advertising' . This will take you through the process to setup your listing to find tenants and have them apply. However if you already know your tenant but have not collected the first rent payment, signed the lease or done a condition report click on 'Skip advertising' so you can start moving your tenants in. This is ideal if you have found tenants outside of Cubbi but want to use Cubbi to move them in.
