How long does it take to apply?

Let's be straight up; filling out a rental application does take time.

If you're a first-timer to Cubbi, allow an hour, but you can stop halfway and continue it later. You even edit the application after you have submitted it.

If you have filled out an application before, it should only take a few minutes because most of the information will already be there from last time.
