Cubbi notifies the homeowner when you submit your application, and the screening process begins. Cubbi encourages all homeowners to respond to applicants within two days; however, this will depend on how fast it is to screen your application and the number of other applications. The screening will be slowed down if the information in your application is not clear or accurate, references are slow to respond, or further information is required.
