Viewing a withdrawn application

When a tenant withdraws their application, you no longer have permission to access their sensitive data; this is because an applicant only provides you with their personal information for the purpose of applying for the property; however, if they no longer want to rent the property, you don't have approved reasons to access their data including ID, income and living history. You will, however, still be able to view the basic details of the application.
