Screening - easy to deal with

Cubbi has 3 main criteria for certifying an application:

• Pay rent on time
• Look after the property
• Be easy to deal with

This article refers to the third point, the likelihood that prospective renters will be easy to deal with.

This is important because it takes less time and hassle to manage a property with renters who are easy to deal with.

Based on how confident we are we will provide one of the five ratings.

To determine this we have to look at a number of character traits:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Honestly
• Accommodating
• Love/appreciation for property (as it is)
• Reasonable

Benefits:

• Maintenance is streamlined because it's easy to organise
• Access to the property is much easier
• Dealing with tricky issues is easier
• Selling the property with renters in the property is possible (while achieving the highest price)
