Change of renters names on the bond
When renters move in and out during a lease, you should change the tenants names on the bond with the local bond authority.
(no money is actually moved from the bond that is lodged)
If a tenant is moving out, and you don't complete this process it could cause a lot of issues/extra work or delays to the bond refund process at the end of the tenancy. This is because tenant's on the bond record (ie. when it was lodged) will also need to sign the bond refund at the end of the tenancy so removing them when you do a change of tenants during a lease is important and could remove issues arising at the end of the tenancy.
Because the Bond is held in the owners name and not Cubbi you will need to complete this process outside of Cubbi.
