Make sure the property is safe before you start.
Always knock and call out before you open the front door.
Steps
- Walk the entry and main areas. Look for hazards.
- Check floors for water, loose mats, nails, broken glass.
- Check for exposed wiring, gas smell, pests, or aggressive animals.
If anything feels unsafe, stop, walk out and contact Cubbi before proceeding.
