Trouble importing MagicPlan floor plan into Cubbi

Goal

Get the floor plan from MagicPlan into Cubbi.

Quick checks

1. Is the project synced to MagicPlan Cloud

   Open the project in MagicPlan and let it finish syncing to the cloud.

2. Is your connection and app healthy

   Use a stable internet connection. Force quit and reopen if needed.

3. Refresh the project in MagicPlan

   Open the project, wait a few seconds, then close and reopen Cubbi.

4. Make sure you have the latest MagicPlan

   Update to the newest version. If the app is stuck, reinstall it.

5. Verify the account link

   Confirm you are signed in to the same MagicPlan account that Cubbi uses and that it is connected in MagicPlan Cloud under API and Integrations.

If it still will not import

Call us on 03 9020 4485. Then enter the Call Number 9.

Tip

Large projects or poor signal can delay sync. Give MagicPlan a minute to finish syncing before trying again.
