The different types of listings on realestate.com.au
All listings published by Cubbi on realestate.com.au are Standard listings by default however you can upgrade to a Premiere listing for $549. After 30 days the listing goes back to a Standard.
The 4 types of listings:
- Standard
- Feature
- Highlight
- Premiere (the best)

Why only Standard and Premiere?
Highlight and Feature upgrades are no longer available due to limited effectiveness. Most listings are either Standard or Premiere, so paying extra for a Highlight or Feature doesn’t give you much bang for your buck.
