How to upgrade my listing on realestate.com.au

From 17 Feb 2025, you can upgrade your listing to a Premiere listing directly from your Cubbi dashboard. Previously, you had to wait for us to manually invoice you.

All listings published by Cubbi on realestate.com.au are Standard listings by default. However, you can upgrade to a Premiere listing for $549. After 30 days, the listing will return to a Standard ad.

How to upgrade to a Premiere listing

When you publish your listing, you’ll see the option to upgrade. If your property is already listed, you can upgrade to a Premiere listing at any time.

  1. Log in to your Cubbi Dashboard here.
  2. Click into your published tenancy.
  3. Go to the Listing tab.
  4. Click Upgrade.
  5. Select the $549 option to upgrade your listing.

Once your payment is processed, your listing will be upgraded within four business hours. You will get an email confirmation when it's done.
