Upgrade my listing on realestate.com.au

After you have advertised your property on all the websites you may decide to upgrade the listing on realestate.com.au to get more exposure.

Prices

It's not cheap to upgrade but it is effective. Prices are per suburb and subject to change. Click the below link:

Check your price

• Enter Cubbi's Agency ID: FAPGCY
• Tick ' I am authorised to access pricing information for this agency' and click 'continue'.
• Enter the Suburb of your property you want to upgrade.
• Under Listing prices click 'For Rent'.

You can upgrade to a Feature, Highlight or Premiere. We typically recommend the Highlight (as a minimum). All upgrades last for 30 days.

These are prices realesetate.com.au charge Cubbi to upgrade, Cubbi does not add any profit margin for upgrading your listing.

How to upgrade

Send us a message here, type in the property address you want to upgrade, the upgrade price (in the above link) and we will send you an invoice to make the payment. When the payment has been made we will upgrade the listing on realestate.com.au.

Please note, as upgrade prices fluctuate, payment is required within 24 hours. If payment is not received, the upgrade cost may be subject to change.
