Getting started - existing tenants

As an owner, when you add a property you'll be presented with 2 options:

New tenants or Existing tenants.

Advertising to find tenants is one part of the Cubbi Service but we cover the whole lifecycle of the tenancy from start-to-finish and you can join at any time!

If you already have tenants renting your property you can invite them into Cubbi using the 'Become A Landlord' button on the homepage.

Steps:

1. Click the red 'Become a Landlord' button on the homepage.
2. Click the purple 'I already have tenants' button.
3. Click the green 'I'm Managing' button.
4. Complete the property details, lease info and tenant invite section and send!

As soon as you submit it, your tenants will receive the invite by email to get set up on Cubbi. 

All they'll need to do is confirm their details and the Primary Tenant (Tenant 1 on the invite tenant section) will set up the bank details for the rent payments.

That's it! 

What happens if I make a mistake?

If you make a mistake on the tenant invite you can withdraw it and start again. 

If your Primary Tenant has already completed the setup, though, the tenancy will be activated and you won't be able to make changes.
