How to re-advertise a property for rent

Here is how to readvertise a property without needing to upload the photos again or write a new description. By following this process you will not affect any active (existing) tenancies in Cubbi and you will not see past applications (from the last time the property was advertised). 
  1. Log into your Owner Dashboard here.
  2. Click the New Tenants + next to the property address (on the right-hand side)
  3. Click 'New tenants' then 'Next'
  4. Click 'Start advertising' then 'Next'

This will take you to the ad creation wizard, asking you for the rent amount you want to advertise the property for (skipping the property details).

If you want to go back and edit the photos or description click on ' Your Property' in the top menu.

When you are finished click on 'Finish' when you get to the inspections page or click ' Save & Exit' anytime.

Then click 'Publish' or 'Upgrade' to make a payment and publish the property on all the websites.
