How to advertise a property for rent
Steps to advertise a new property (not already in Cubbi):
- From your Owner Dashboard , click 'New Property'
- Select 'New Tenants' and click 'next'
- Select 'Start Advertising' and click 'next'
- Then follow the prompts to create a brand new listing (eg uploading photos and writing the description)
Steps to advertise an existing property (already in Cubbi)
- From your Owner Dashboard find the property then click on 'New Tenants +'
- Select 'New Tenants' and click 'next'.
- Select 'Start Advertising' and click 'next'
- Then follow the prompts to create the listing. Any previously uploaded photos or descriptions of the property will be there so you do not need to re-enter it again
