The two biggest problems facing Owners and Tenants right now is:

1. Social Distancing (and new laws)

This is making it very difficult to do physical inspections. In particular Open for Inspections are banned from midnight Wednesday March 25.

2. Tenants ability to pay rent

We have already seen a number of Cubbi owners and tenants approach us for help and seen the extremely long lines at Centrelink.
