Virtual Routine Inspections carried out by Cubbi
Virtual inspections can be carried by either By Cubbi or By Owner (at no additional cost). Learn more about Virtual Routine Inspections.
Carried out by Cubbi ($50)
Once the inspection has been scheduled, the tenant will receive an email and sms notification of the upcoming inspection.
Prior to the scheduled time, the tenant will receive a separate email notification with a link and instructions to join the live video call.
If the tenant is not available at the scheduled time, Cubbi will reschedule the time directly with the tenant. You will get a notification if a time has been rescheduled.
During the inspection, the Cubbi team member will direct the tenant around the home and ask relevant questions to ensure important aspects of the property is recorded and covered in the report.
At the end of the inspection, we will complete the report and upload a copy of the full recording.
You will be notified when the inspection is complete with a link to view the report (and recording) in Cubbi.
You will be charged $50 once the inspection is complete.
Availability
Every Monday - Thursday from 3pm - 4:30pm Melbourne time (excluding public holidays)
Every Friday from 9:30am - 11:30am Melbourne time (excluding public holidays)
