How to set up a Virtual Routine Inspection

Virtual Routine Inspections are done via a live video call with the tenant. Here are instructions on setting up the Live Video call (where you will use Zoom).

1. Download Zoom phone app
2. Schedule a 'Meeting' from the Zoom app
3. Send meeting link to tenant via email or sms.
When the days comes, jump on the video call using the same link, we suggest getting online 5 minutes before to make sure audio and video is working correctly.
