What is my rental application status?
When you complete an application for a property, it is automatically passed via Cubbi to the Owner directly.
Why? This is because the decision for approving applications falls to the Owner.
What's next? We do ask that Owner's respond to all applications within a reasonable timescale. If you do not hear from them, you can contact them directly via your original email thread, or by clicking 'Contact Owner' on the property ad.
