How to check the status of my Application?

You can easily log into Cubbi and check the status of your application to know if you're still in the running for the property or not.

Applications will have one of the following statuses:

Draft: You have not applied yet.

In-review: The application is available for the homeowner to review.

Approved: Your application is approved. The next step is to sign the lease.

Unsuccessful: Your application is not successful. Note: If a lease has is signed by someone else, your application will automatically change to unsuccessful. 

Withdrawn: You no longer want to rent the property. As a result, the homeowner is unable to view your application.
