How do I follow up on my Application?

After you have applied for a rental property, the nervous wait begins. Every day that goes by, it feels like that perfect place is slipping from your grasp.

The best way to follow up is to send them a message on the Cubbi Platform.

We suggest checking your Cubbi dashboard first because it can be a very hectic time for a manager or homeowner when applications are coming in for their property. So naturally, they want to be disturbed less to get through the applications as fast as possible.

If every hour is painful and you need a better indication, try to give a reason for your follow up that is less about you and more about them. E.g. "Just letting you know we applied for the property on [day], we love the property so if you require any further information just ask". They are much more likely to respond than if you simply ask about the progress of the application.
