Find tenants in 30 days or your money back

If you pay to advertise your property and you don't find a tenant in 30 days we will refund you the cost you paid to advertise your property.

All the 3 conditions must be met:

• You requested a Virtual Rent Estimate (or individual listing feedback) from Cubbi before it was advertised or within the first 22 days of the property being listed on all the websites.
• You're still looking for a tenant and you have authorised an agent or any other paid service to find you a tenant.
• You have not claimed this guarantee (for any property) in the past 2 years.

Can my property remain live if I claim the refund?

Yes, only on the basis that you have authorised an agent (or any other paid service) to find you a tenant.

Does the refund include upgraded listings on realestate.com.au and domain?

No, any listing upgrades like Feature, Highlight, or Premiere upgrades on realestate.com.au are not included in the guarantee. They are 100% non-refundable.
