Payout Bank Account per property

Owners can have different payout bank accounts per property, instead of just one for all properties.

So if you have 3 properties you can have a seperate payout bank account for each.

This is now available by contacting support as it is a manual process with no user interface.

Note: Your default payout bank account linked to your Cubbi profile (here) is used as a fallback. If you don't have a Payout Bank Account account setup for a specific property, the default bank account on your Cubbi profile is used to receive payouts.

How to add a Payout account for a specific property:

  1. Contact support (here) and provide us your bank account details for the property you want to setup with a payout bank account. We will need the following details:
    1. Bank name

    2. Account holder name (legal name of person/entity who owns the bank account)

    3. BSB number

    4. Account number

    5. Property address (that you want the payout account linked to)


  1. Your bank account is manually added to Cubbi for your property by Customer support within 1 business day.


  1. You verify your bank account: You will receive an email when the bank account is added into the system for your property with instructions on how to verify your bank account. Bank accounts must be verified otherwise payments will be held in trust.

  1. Done. Your next payout will be received in your Property Payout Account

For security reasons it is not possible to retrieve existing bank account details previously added in Cubbi. For example, even though you may have already added the bank account to your Cubbi profile (here). We cannot reuse and retrive these bank account details, in this case you must provide the bank account details again.


How to update a Payout account for a specific property:

Because there is not interface yet (coming soon) you will need to contact support to provide the new bank account details following the same process above.
