Routing Rules

If you have multiple properties, you can create a routing rule from your 🧑🏽 Payment Preferences to:

  1. Receive rental income into different bank accounts per property.
  2. Pay bills from different bank accounts per property.


1. How to receive rental income into different bank accounts per property:

  1. Log in to your Cubbi Dashboard here.
  2. From the user menu, select Payment Preferences.
  3. Under Payout Method, click Add Routing Rule.

2. How to pay bills from different bank accounts per property:

  1. Log in to your Cubbi Dashboard here.
  2. From the user menu, select Payment Preferences.
  3. Under Payment Method, click Add Routing Rule.
