Pay Bill Notifications

When you email a bill into Cubbi for payment, Cubbi keeps you updated with notifications. This guide outlines the types of alerts you’ll receive.


Types of Notifications

  • Bill received: When a bill is successfully added to Cubbi you will get an email and sms notification to review and approve the bill. (Sent to the Cubbi user linked to the PayBills email address.)
  • Bill failed: If an email is sent to your PayBills email address but Cubbi couldn’t process the bill (e.g., unsupported format, missing details), you’ll receive a failure notification. (Sent to the Cubbi user linked to the PayBills email address.)
  • Bill approval reminder: Sent if a bill is waiting for approval. (Sent to the Cubbi user linked to the PayBills email address.)
  • Payment confirmation: Sent when the bill has been successfully paid. (Sent to the owner user assigned to payments for the property.)

📌 Notifications cannot be turned on or off at this stage.
