Pay Property Bills
Cubbi makes paying your property bills simple and automatic. Just redirect bills to your PayBills email, review and approve them, and Cubbi will handle the payment.
Here’s how it works:
1. Email Bills to Cubbi
Send or redirect your property bills (e.g., council rates, insurance, maintenance) to your PayBills email.
For a hands-free experience, update your suppliers and tradespeople to send bills directly to your PayBills email—so you don’t have to forward them yourself.
You’ll receive a notification if there’s an issue, so you won’t miss any bills.
📌 Note: You cannot manually create a bill in Cubbi—bills must be emailed.

2. Review and Approve the Bill
Once your bill is received, Cubbi automatically creates it (allow up to 5 minutes).
- You'll get an email and SMS notification when a bill is ready for review.
- AI scans the invoice to extract details, but you should double-check for accuracy (95% will be correct).
- Approve the bill when you're happy with it.

3. Bill is Paid
On the Pay Date (usually the bill’s due date), the payment will be automatically processed from your selected bank account.
- If multiple owners are assigned to the property, you can choose who pays the bills through Property Payment Preferences.

4. Everything is Recorded for Tax Time
If all your property bills go through Cubbi, you can download an EOFY Tax Pack anytime and send it to your accountant.
The tax pack includes:

✅ A detailed spreadsheet for review
✅ Original invoices and receipts
