Update Bank Account Details
For Tenants:
- Sign in
- Click into the property from your dashboard (do not update your bank account details from your user menu)
- Click on 'Direct Debit'
- You'll be required to verify your bank account.
For Owners:
- Click this link. If you're not already logged in you'll be asked for your email address and to enter a code. (make sure you put the email address that is in Cubbi)
- Click on 'Add a new account'. This will replace the current one automatically.
- You'll be required to verify your bank account.
- Done. Nothing else to do. This will take effect for all future payments - it will not update any pending payments.
