Update Payout Bank Account

Owners can change their default bank account for payouts, where they will receive all rent and other payments from renters.

Have seperate bank accounts per property? Go here. Alternatively updating the default bank account (using the below instructions) will update the bank account where you receive payments for all properties unless you have a Property Payout Bank Account setup.

How to update your Payout Bank Account

  1. Log into Cubbi and click this link to go straight to the page to update your bank account.  If you're not already logged in you'll be asked for your email address and to enter a code. (make sure you put the email address that is in Cubbi)
  2. Click on 'Add a new account'. This will replace the current one automatically.
  3. You'll be required to verify your bank account. 
  4. Done. Nothing else to do. This will take effect for all future payments - it will not update any pending payments.
