Update Bank Account Details

For Tenants:

  1. Sign in
  2. Click into the property from your dashboard (do not update your bank account details from your user menu)
  3. Click on 'Direct Debit'
  4. You'll be required to verify your bank account. 

For Owners:

  1. Click this link.  If you're not already logged in you'll be asked for your email address and to enter a code. (make sure you put the email address that is in Cubbi)
  2. Click on 'Add a new account'. This will replace the current one automatically.
  3. You'll be required to verify your bank account. 
  4. Done. Nothing else to do. This will take effect for all future payments - it will not update any pending payments.
