How to change your connected bank account for AutoPay

For Tenants:

As a renter you can change your connected bank account for AutoPay payments at anytime from your Cubbi dashboard.


From April 2024, AutoPay payments are processed via PayTo, enabling real-time payments (30 seconds). Renters who set up AutoPay before April 2024 will continue with the traditional direct debit method (3 business days) until they update their payment method following the steps here.

Only the master tenant (primary tenant) of the tenancy can update the connected bank account for AutoPay. Please contact customer support if you want to change who the master tenant is.

How to update your bank account

Log on to Cubbi

Navigate to the AutoPay page on your Cubbi Dashboard, where you'll find your current AutoPay schedule.

Click to connect another bank account.

This will replace the existing bank account.

Do you have a bank account added in Cubbi prior to April 2024? You will be required to click 'Connect PayTo with Cubbi' first before proceeding to connect your new bank account.

After clicking 'Connect another bank account' follow the prompts (step-by-step guide)

Done!

Nothing else to do. Please note, this will only affect future rent payment and not affect any payments awaiting clearance.
