How to update Direct Debit bank account
For Tenants:
As a tenant you can update your Bank Account you use to pay rent via Direct Debit.
How to update your bank account

Log on to Cubbi
Navigate to the Direct Debit page on your Cubbi Dashboard, where you'll find your current Direct Debit schedule.

Click to Edit your bank account.
This will replace the existing bank account. If you add a new bank account, you will be asked to verify it.
Word of caution - most banks don’t allow you to set up a direct debit from a high-interest savings account. Please check with your bank before using a saving account. If you do happen to use a bank account that does not allow direct debits, the payment will fail and delay your rent payment.
