When you schedule the inspection your tenant will be notified the routine inspection has been requested to be completed virtually.
The tenant will be asked to respond to the email if the time is not suitable for them.
Prior to the scheduled time, you will need to download the zoom app and send a meeting link to your tenant. Instructions.
During the inspection you will need to complete the written report inside Cubbi and upload the video recording file from zoom. This will record the inspection in Cubbi and notify your tenant if there is anything that requires their attention.
This will also schedule the next routine inspection due in 6 months.
