Bank rental appraisal

If your bank has requested a rental valuation or appraisal when applying for a home loan or refinancing, you're in the right place. 

If your property is currently rented on Cubbi, provide them with the following information:

• The current lease agreement. How to download
• EOFY Tax Package (showing totals of each income and expense category) - How to download
• Rent ledger (showing all payments from the tenant) - How to download

You can download all these from your Cubbi dashboard at any time.

Every bank has its individual requirements, so if the above does not work, email hello@cubbi.com.au, and we will confirm the rent amount on a signed document with the Cubbi letterhead.

If your property is not currently rented on Cubbi, but you intend on using Cubbi, we can in some circumstances, create a formal valuation on Cubbi letterhead, signed and under our licence, that can be supplied to a lender. Email hello@cubbi.com.au (report cost $99 per property).
