Payment processing times

The time it takes for Cubbi to receive a payment from the tenant depends on the payment method used.

  • Direct Debit: 3 business days not including weekends and public holidays - learn more
  • BPAY: 1-2 business days not including weekends and public holidays
  • NPP: 60 seconds 24/7

First-time payments to Cubbi via NPP: Most banks make you wait 1 business day for the first transaction to complete (to a new payee).


Banks will not process BPAY or Direct Debit payments on Public holidays and weekends.
