Payment processing times
The time it takes for Cubbi to receive a payment from the tenant depends on the payment method used.
- BPAY: 1-2 business days not including weekends and public holidays
- PayID: 30 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
- AutoPay via PayTo: 30 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.

First-time payments to Cubbi via NPP: Most banks make you wait 1 business day for the first transaction to complete (to a new payee).
Banks will not process BPAY or Direct Debit payments on Public holidays and weekends.
