The default number of days is set to deduct 5 days prior to the rent due date to allow for the Direct Debit processing time and ensure the rent is paid on-time.

3

Add your bank account

Enter your bank details where you would like Direct Debits to be paid from. You can update your bank account on your Cubbi Dashboard. You will need to verify your bank account - further information here

Word of caution - most banks don’t allow you to set up a direct debit from a high-interest savings account. Please check with your bank before using a savings account. If you do happen to use a bank account that does not allow Direct Debits, the payment will fail and delay your rent payment.
