The first and best option to removing or reducing inspections with potential tenants is to do a Video Walk Through of your rental property using your mobile phone and upload it to your listing.
This feature was released and again updated today 3 April 2020.
A Video Walk Through is a short 5 minute (under 10 minutes) video of your property that will enable tenants to 'feel' like they have inspected the property in person.
This will save you a lot of time and potential tenants will really appreciate being able to determine for themselves if your property is suitable for them before having to physically inspect it.
