A third layer to removing or reducing inspections with potential tenants is to only conduct a private (one-on-one) inspection when a lease is signed, subject to a successful viewing.
When a tenant shows interest in your property, ask them to apply online from your Cubbi listing (before inspecting). If you have Professional Screening turned on we will also screen them at this point (no limits). Once you are happy with them, 'Approve' them within your Cubbi dashboard. This will create a lease. However before you Approve them contact us first and we'll provide you with the special condition and additional steps to put into the lease. This works very well in Cubbi due to leases being digital and very easy to create and withdraw.
